Now the fiction about health and fitness, the idea of the fat person versus the thin individual, long ago, they say if you are fat you are a healthy person, that is why they want kids and infants to be chubby so they can be healthy and thin people get the tag to be weak and sickly, but this concept is not true. According to stats, more fat people are weak and sickly compared to those of the slim people. The slim people gets to move more and be more active making them more fit and healthy, just the right slimness, not too much skin and bones but just right. And the obese group of people becomes tired easily and moves slowly making them weak and prone to illness.
