According to research currently Obesity has been one of the top leading causes of death, together with DM, Cancer, Lung problems, Heart Complications, Accidents, and the like. And as this modern time take over our natural world and turning all as fast as instant everything, all products especially food products are now overruled by chemicals, artificial flavoring, preservatives and all that is modified just to meet that pleasurable cravings humans have on a daily basis without considering its health effects. All that is not natural and not organic when taken excessively can definitely cause obesity and because it leaves you craving for more, your discipline will be put to the test. There are other causes of being obese, while some just really wants to eat, some gets it through heredity while some especially for most women because eating is pleasurable they tend to stress eat when they can’t handle a certain situation anymore, with the attempt to try to still put it together. And because of these causes, obesity definitely is quite rampant even as we speak. And obesity as well goes out not just to those women going through mid life crisis but it applies to all, it chooses no age, race, religion or beliefs, as long as you are a person lacking control over what goes in your mouth anytime anywhere then overeating is taking over your life. If so, you can stand up from this and say no more to overeating, only if you choose to gain back your life that you let go over all that junk and processed food.
Ways to stop overeating can vary from person to person and depending on a case to case level but nevertheless general ways to stop overeating are as follows; one, diversion. Every time you feel the urge to eat and the craving is growing by the minute, extract yourself from any place which can be good source of junk and distract yourself by doing other things like painting, making hand crafts, sports, anything that can get your hands busy. This way you can allow yourself to be hungry for the next meal time which will be the right time for you to eat. Skipping meals will only make you hungrier thus the next time you eat, you tend to overeat again, in effect slowing down your metabolism, a huge no no in ways to stop overeating. Next would be to become health conscious; if you will really see the contents of those junk food that goes in your body, the next time you see one, you will definitely think twice in grabbing a bit or even nibbling to it. No matter how use to your body has already been with your unhealthy eating, once you alone can understand how bad and how wrong you are treating your body, overeating will be stopped not ordered by your trainer, partner in life or friends but by you yourself, it is about time you stop treating your body like a trash bin, now more than ever, it is time to say no to overeating. And the last would be discipline; eat at the right time which is three times a day only, snacks is allowed granted that it is fruits or anything healthy and natural and on a minimal amount; eat at the right amount and the right kind. Once your body has fully adjusted with your new eating habits, change will definitely not be that far.
